Design - Build
For private commercial projects we offer Design-Build project delivery services. Under this project delivery system we partner with an architectural and engineering design team that is most suited for your project needs. Integrating our construction experience and the technical and creative expertise of the designers early in the conceptual stage of the project provides the Owner the greatest opportunity to create facilities that are economical to construct AND operate, and to compress design and construction schedules while achieving desired aesthetics, durability and sustainability within budget. Project parameters, developed by the project team- Owner-Builder-Designer, become the agreed upon goals to which all efforts are directed; no misunderstandings, no adversarial relations between team members, only unity of purpose directed to successful outcomes.
Design - Manage
For public works projects requiring separation of construction and management services, we offer the same integrated design and management services as the private project design-build services, providing the Owner the same opportunity to create economical facilities, and to compress schedules while achieving desired aesthetics, durability and sustainability within budget.
Unlike typical public works construction managers, who restrict their efforts during construction to monitoring the activities of independent trade contractors and reporting their progress to the Owner, we take on the same responsibilities as we do on private projects to actively manage and direct all effort to ensure the Owner's desired program is successfully achieved.
